Great, hassle-free, friendly customer service! I had challenges shipping at a different location that I had chosen out of convenience so I decided to try this UPS store due to its high customer service ratings. I discovered that their high marks are well deserved. The staff at this location were very friendly, professional and helpful. I was able to ship my package in just a few minutes without any issues. I will continue to go out of my way to ship at this store as it has become my preferred location due to the great customer service.
